Qualifications

• Related degree or 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills across web and mobile.
• Proficiency with Figma and Cursor, with a sharp eye for craft and detail.
• Experience designing for complex, multi-platform products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives end-to-end — from strategy and concept through execution and launch — ensuring experiences are consistent, scalable, and adaptable across platforms.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers across Express and broader Adobe product offerings.
• Ship products that move the needle — design with purpose, advocate for user needs and accessibility, and focus on outcomes for a diverse global audience.
• Partner with researchers and cross-functional teams to explore and integrate AI technologies to keep solutions innovative.
• Champion design internally and externally, evangelizing the value of craft in the product.
