Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, systems, or interaction design.
• Experience designing complex creative tools or multi‑step workflows.
• Familiar with generative AI systems or AI‑assisted creative products.
• Ability to design modular experiences across product contexts.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on technically complex problems.
• Navigate ambiguity while delivering concrete outcomes.
• Clear communication across disciplines.
• Experience prototyping AI‑native workflows or interaction models.

Responsibilities

• Design precision controls that meaningfully influence generative behavior.
• Leverage 3D scenes, structure, materials, cameras, and spatial relationships as inputs to AI systems.
• Develop workflows that support iteration, correction, and refinement of generative outputs.
• Translate model capabilities into creator‑facing interactions that feel clear and usable.
• Work across product orgs to integrate AI capabilities consistently across products.
• Prototype with working code, not just Figma, to validate ideas in real workflows.
