Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Sr Staff Designer to help define how intelligence, automation, and creativity unite in next‑gen creative workflows. You’ll shape brand systems, AI tools, and creative infrastructure to make workflows adaptive, scalable, and expressive.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design.
• Experience designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows.
• Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
• Technical comfort working with APIs, rendering pipelines, or creative scripting.
• Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low‑fi mockups).
• Bonus points for experience with creative automation, brand systems, or model‑based workflows (image, video, motion).
• Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities
