Ladders is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to shape the mobile experience for a consumer-facing product. This role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture, and execution in a remote setting.

You will mentor engineers, partner with stakeholders, resolve production issues, and champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows. Location is remote in the United States with a competitive compensation package.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will help shape the mobile experience for a consumer-facing product, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, architecture, and execution. You will partner closely with stakeholders to improve the codebase, resolve production issues, and influence mobile strategy. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor engineers and champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development and technical direction for mobile apps
• Identify and implement immediate technical improvements in the codebase

Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern mobile tooling, CI/CD, and cloud services
