Ladders is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Engineer, Mobile to join a leader in IT. This remote role focuses on building and refining mobile infrastructure for location-aware experiences across iOS and Android, with collaboration across native and cross‑platform environments. You will ship high‑quality mobile capabilities quickly while incorporating customer feedback to improve the product experience.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile infrastructure development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Objective-C and Swift.
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Capacitor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about technology.
• Desire to engage with customers and incorporate feedback into projects.
• Experience with SDKs or location services is a plus.
• Experience across both iOS and Android environments is preferred.

This role will focus on building and refining mobile infrastructure that supports location-aware experiences across iOS and Android. You will work across native and cross-platform environments, collaborating closely with customers and internal partners to ship high-quality mobile capabilities quickly.
