Discord is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for the Consumer Revenue ML team. You will drive applied ML across revenue surfaces, building ranking, targeting and recommendation systems to connect users with products and subscriptions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives and translate experiments into roadmap decisions. You should have 8+ years in ML, plus deep learning and RecSys experience, strong Python and ML framework skills, and a track record of shipping ML systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in applied ML, including advanced degrees.
• Strong skills in deploying ML systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML initiatives across Discord's consumer revenue surfaces (Shop, Nitro, Subscriptions, Gifting).
• Translate experimental results into clear roadmap decisions and timelines.
