Discord is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for its Consumer Revenue ML team. You will apply ML across revenue surfaces to improve ranking, targeting, and recommendations, translating experiments into roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied ML experience with advanced degree.
• Strong expertise in deep learning and RecSys architectures (two-tower, transformers, multi-task).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Track record of building ML systems from 0→1 and deploying at scale.
• Strong product intuition with ability to translate experiments into roadmap decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to lead cross-functional initiatives.
