Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships, research, projects, or professional work).
• Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of ML fundamentals.
• Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for personalization and recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, training, evaluation, and inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize research.
• Improve models using large-scale behavioral data and A/B testing.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following best practices.
