Qualifications

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading design reviews.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of production ML systems across the org.
• Partner with leadership to define strategic roadmaps and translate vision into quarterly plans.
• Lead high-impact ML projects end-to-end from architecture through production.
• Build scalable, secure ML systems, evaluation pipelines, and data workflows in Python.
• Mentor engineers and set team-wide design/testing/observability standards.
• Drive design reviews covering security, responsible AI, and architectural integrity.
