Job summary

Reddit is seeking a hands-on technical leader to build and steer predictive ML systems for advertiser planning and recommendations. You will own forecasting direction, evaluation standards, and reusable production capabilities across planning and delivery teams.

Lead models that simulate outcomes under varying budgets, bids, audiences, and creative performance. Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Ads, and Data teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in statistical learning, probability, and optimization.
• Experience building predictive ML systems in advertising, marketplaces, or similar domains.
• Depth in probabilistic or hierarchical forecasting, multitask or transfer learning, or delayed-feedback modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and scenario modeling across campaigns and budgets.
• Connect inventory, demand, and response to estimate delivery and performance.
• Estimate outcomes under alternative budget, bid, audience, and objective choices.
