Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist adolescents with severe depression and behavioral issues.
• Initiate CPI compliant therapeutic holds and restraints.
• Ensure safety and supervision of dysregulated students.
• Resolve conflicts between students effectively.
• Maintain close communication with staff and leadership.
• Document observations in the clinical chart.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Help with AWOL situations, on or off shift.
