Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a Mechanical Design role.
• Working knowledge of fundamental mechanical design principles and processes.
• Experience with 2D & 3D design tools, e.g. Creo, SolidWorks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of requirements documents, specifications, and statements of work.
• Assist with design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of mechanical components within turnkey automated test and measurement solutions.
• Contribute to project plans, milestones, and design reviews under guidance from senior engineers or project leads.
• Design/model/prototype mechanical system components for test and measurement solutions.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and abroad in support of project objectives.
• Work on problems of moderate scope with guidance from senior engineers or project leads.
• Apply standard mechanical design practices and procedures.
• Identify issues, elevate risks with proposed options, and seek input from senior engineers.
