Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in prototyping, testing, validation, and design evaluation.
• Experience leading small engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain electro‑mechanical products for Test & Measurement applications.
• Collaborate with Operations and suppliers to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Support product sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and validate mechanical designs through prototyping, testing, and analysis.
• Lead or contribute to small engineering projects from concept through production.
• Drive innovative thermal, structural, and mechanical solutions.
