Polaris Inc. is seeking an Innovative Engineer on the Advanced Technology & Innovation Team. You will imagine and develop new vehicle concepts, user experiences, and product innovations shaping the future of Polaris.

You will work closely with Design, UX, Product Planning, and Engineering to transform insights into tangible concepts and prototypes, influencing next-generation products across our powersports line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; mechanical engineering.
• Experience in mechanical design and related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and refinement of innovative vehicle and customer experience concepts.
• Translate insights into engineering concepts and prototypes.
• Design and build concept vehicles and proof-of-concept models.
• Collaborate with Design, UX, Product Planning, and Strategy teams.
• Drive innovation projects from ideation to development.
• Evaluate technologies and industry trends for competitive advantage.
• Lead rapid prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
• Present concepts to engineering, design, and leadership teams.
• Assess technical feasibility and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with external partners and universities.
• Document learnings to support future strategies.
