Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Creo preferred).
• Experience with GD&T, FMEA, and tolerance stack‑up analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain subsystem and component requirements, specifications, DFMEAs, and DVP&Rs.
• Design and develop components, mechanisms, and assemblies meeting safety, quality, timing, and cost objectives.
• Lead supplier reviews and collaboration on development and improvements of products.
• Own and manage subsystem development plans from concept through purchasing, manufacturing, and production release.
• Support validation activities and manufacturing strategies for subsystem variants.
• Evaluate manufacturing methods to optimize design performance and cost.
