Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer to architect and lead the mechanical design and manufacturing strategy for critical robotic subsystems. You will build complex electromechanical mechanisms with pharmaceutical-grade precision, and scale the platform from prototype to nationwide deployment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing real physical products/projects is required.
• Builder experience: ground-up electromechanical products.
• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical or mechatronic engineering experience.
• Expert in high-precision, high-reliability systems.
• Experience with varied fabrication methods and scaling to high-volume CM.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, high-speed mechanisms for dispensing with 24/7 reliability.
• Lead DFx across low- and high-volume production methods for scaling to 4,000+ units/year.
• Own mechanical architecture from concept to production release.
• Integrate mechanics with robotics, CV, electronics, compute and thermal enclosures.
• Develop build-to-print documentation for contract manufacturers.
• Lead design verification, testing, and reliability programs.
