Job summary

BD is seeking a senior electrical engineer to lead hardware design for next-generation robotic systems used in pharmacy automation. You will own architecture, prototyping, verification and manufacturing support from concept to production, collaborating with global teams.

You will bring a strong background in motion control, power electronics and embedded software, with hands-on PCB validation and regulatory certifications experience. On-site collaboration is emphasized.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years of applicable electrical engineering experience.
Experience with regulatory certifications (UL/CE/TÜV) preferred.
Strong hands-on debugging and system integration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering for critical product enhancements and next‑gen robotic systems from concept through production.
Collaborate with global teams to meet program milestones and objectives.
Improve quality, reliability, and performance across Pharmacy Automation portfolios with hands-on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
Develop electrical solutions for new and sustaining products including test systems and PCB designs.
Create, maintain, and release technical documentation for hardware development and manufacturing.
Provide technical leadership for regulatory compliance and certifications.
