You will own cradle-to-grave development, from concept through production, collaborating with Hardware, ASIC, Thermal, Packaging, and Manufacturing teams. Role emphasizes leadership in thermal management, liquid cooling, and regulatory compliance, with 8+ years in electronics packaging, Creo/Windchill proficiency, and experience with sheet

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of electronics packaging experience.
• Experience with sheet metal, machining, die-casting, plastics.
• Proficiency in PTC Creo and Windchill.
• Experience with high-powered enclosures and liquid cooling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with production and supply teams.
• Understanding of US/EU/Asia regulations and standards.
• Lifecycle ownership from concept to volume production.

Responsabilidades

• Design rack-level and tray-level mechanical enclosures from concept to detail, including look, tech, tolerances, and BOMs.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and data center best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop PCB designs and thermal solutions.
• Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification.
• Prepare drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
