Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer Staff focused on MBSE modeling to shape system representations using SysML, UAF, and Cameo tools. You will work in internal engagements across programs to develop and maintain complex models and ensure integration with other engineering disciplines.

The role emphasizes model-based systems engineering, templates, guidance materials, and training for new programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Strong systems engineering principles.
• Experience with MBSE tools and processes.
• Proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler / Cameo Enterprise Architect.
• Familiarity with SysML and UAF modeling languages.

Responsibilities

• MBSE modeling to ensure accurate system representations and behavior.
• MBSE tools/processes including improvements and production support.
• Develop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and execution.
• Creating and maintaining templates and guidance materials for Systems Engineering processes.
• Develop systems flows and architectures to execute validations and simulations.
• Develop or utilizing systems models or simulations to perform analysis functions, such as System trade studies, Requirements decomposition and allocation, System design and Performance predictions.
• Develop guides and training material for incoming programs and modelers.
