Euna Solutions is seeking a Staff IT Engineer to set the technical direction for enterprise IT infrastructure and lead a team of engineers. You will own the architecture of cloud and on‑premises solutions, accelerate operations with automation and AI-assisted tooling, and act as the technical anchor for identity, security, and compliance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in enterprise environments.
• Mentoring engineers and acting as a technical escalation point.
• Proficiency with Linux OS administration across Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficient in automation scripting and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to translate decisions for business stakeholders.

• Define technical direction and architecture standards for IT infrastructure.
• Escalation point for complex issues, outages, and architectural decisions.
• Design and implement automation scripts and AI-assisted tooling.
• Architect and oversee IT solutions across cloud and on‑premises for scalability and security.
• Mentor Senior Engineers and Engineers through technical guidance.
• Advise management on infrastructure improvements and security risks.
• Establish documentation standards and maintain internal knowledge resources.
