Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Staff IT Engineer to set the technical direction for enterprise IT infrastructure, owning cloud and on-premises architecture and guiding a team of engineers. You will drive automation and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate operations and serve as the technical anchor for identity, infrastructure, compliance, and automation.

This role is hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and acting as a technical escalation point.
• Strong proficiency in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL, with customization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency with system automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and AI-assisted/development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Warp.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and architecture standards for IT infrastructure.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and outages.
• Design and implement automation scripts and workflows using n8n and AI tools.
• Architect and oversee enterprise IT solutions across cloud/on-premises environments.
• Mentor Senior Engineers and Engineers; provide career development support.
• Advise management on infra improvements and security risks.
• Maintain documentation standards for IT solutions and configurations.
