ShipBob is hiring a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations to optimize merchant experience and warehouse efficiency. You will lead process improvements, develop flows, and guide Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across our facilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and travel up to 50% to support on-floor improvements and training. A strong background in industrial engineering and CAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience launching process automation to optimize efficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Develop process documentation and SOPs for new/modified processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects and track performance metrics.
