Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations to drive future supply chain flows across our warehouse network. You will develop optimal product flows, lead process improvements, and reduce waste with lean/Six Sigma practices. Expect 50% travel and autonomy on campus and on-site projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor on process control, SOPs, and data analysis while supporting safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Industrial Engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience launching process automation to optimize efficiency.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and lean/CI knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Lead processes and equipment planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop process maps, cost-saving analyses, and SOPs.
