With 5+ years in Industrial Engineering, you will guide cross-functional teams, implement automation, and mentor others while upholding safety and quality standards. This remote role requires up to 50% travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and knowledge of lean concepts preferred.
• Experience launching process automation to optimize efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Develop SOPs and document process improvements.
