ShipBob, a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform, seeks a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations. You will optimize product flows, develop lean processes, and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional Industrial Engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
• Investigate, evaluate, develop project estimates and financial proposals, and manage projects.
• Facilitate and manage corrective and preventative action teams from customer complaints and quality problems.
• Provide technical floor support and participate in process-improvement teams.
• Develop CAD drawings, process flow charts, cost saving analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Deliver variation reductions using Process Control methodology.
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures for new/modified processes.
• Identify and remove barriers to attain project goals.
• Manage data collection and analysis for project tracking.
• Establish and track key operational metrics.
• Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management best practices and regulations.
