Job summary

You will drive high-speed layout and thorough ECAD governance on dense designs. The role requires 10+ years PCB layout, 5+ years Altium, and leadership on complex programs, with eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PCB layout experience.
• 5+ years with Altium.
• Ability to read schematics and validate designs.
• Deep understanding of PCB fabrication and stackups.
• Experience owning ECAD libraries and IPC compliance.
• Knowledge of SI/PI principles and signal integrity.
• Expert high-speed layout including DDR/PCIe/SerDes/USB.
• Experience with dense HDI designs.
• Technical leadership on complex multi-board programs.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and risk; security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with avionics, system, and software teams to define layout requirements.
• Lead PCB layout on complex, multi-board programs and define constraints.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews.
