• Translate customer needs and system requirements into manufacturable designs.
• Drive concept generation, feasibility studies, and design tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with signal integrity, mechanical, process, and manufacturing teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive risk analyses, design reviews, and reviews with suppliers.
