Job summary

SimpliSafe is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead hardware programs that couple connected devices with subscription services. You will work with APAC JDM/ODM partners from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production, with occasional travel and evening calls to align across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware programs from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production.
• Experience coordinating APAC-based JDM/ODM or contract manufacturers.
• Proven ability to balance hardware, firmware, software, and cloud development timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware programs with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage APAC-based development and manufacturing partners end to end.
• Interface with supply chain, production planning, and quality teams to keep programs on track.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executives.
• Define technical/product requirements and negotiate resources.
• Rally diverse teams to remove roadblocks and meet milestones.
• Establish delivery metrics to improve efficiency and predictability.
