Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and operations.
• Strong planning, risk management, launch readiness, and product development process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Partner with hardware, firmware, software, product, operations, quality, supply chain, and external teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, decision points, and success measures.
• Drive phase-gate reviews, launch-readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear decisions and actions.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to leadership.
• Improve cross-functional development processes and program management practices.
