Qualifications

• Experience in system architecture, rapid prototyping, and hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to deliver new technologies across the Android ecosystem, including Pixel products.
• Work with external partners to identify and define new technologies to support internal product roadmaps.
• Develop models and fabricate functional prototypes of new products and features, including hardware and software integration.
• Define architectures, KPIs, and validation plans for new products and features.
• Lead activities in hardware design, architecture, technology, or development for high-complexity products.

• Experience with hardware and software integration, including the Android operating system.
• Experience with CAD software and direct experience with workshop tools and fabrication.
• Experience across multiple technical areas, such as wireless systems, video, audio, and sensors.
• Experience with consumer electronics, including smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, and other smartphone accessories.
