Position requires 6 years of experience in the following areas: Technical leadership or people management for team development and project execution. Design and validation of interacting hardware subsystems or hardware system integration. Applying systems architecture principles or system design for optimizing system testability, performance, reliability, and cost. Root‑cause failure analysis or system‑level debugging of hardware and software systems to triage and implement corrective actions. Applying domain‑specific technical knowledge in wireless hardware design, system integration, and regulatory compliance.

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $237,000–$329,000 + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google’s various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first‑party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user’s interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.
