• Bachelor of Science in Geotechnical Engineering or related field required.
• 0–2 years of geotechnical engineering experience, Colorado preferred.
• Proficiency in soil mechanics and geotechnical analysis required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration programs.
• Perform field and laboratory investigations to assess subsurface and site conditions.

• Prepare geotechnical reports and documentation for review by senior engineers.
• Support and guide field inspection teams during site activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project completion.

We are seeking a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Colorado. Compensation: $75,000 to 90,000 annual salary
Location: Centennial, CO
FLSA Exemption: Exempt

What you'll be doing:

What you have:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering (Colorado preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude

Preferred Certification(s):

• OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Construction Safety (preferred, not required)
