Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack for the Web and Mobile Developer Experience Platform. You will work across Java, ReactUI, and AWS to enable seamless onboarding into the Intuit ecosystem and improve developer experience.

You will tackle legacy code, embrace new approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong knowledge of API standards (REST/GraphQL), pagination, caching.
• Experience with mobile IOS/Android platforms.
• Proven ability to build usable UI with React or mobile experience is preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and learn quickly.
• End-to-end testing mindset and familiarity with Front-End/Back-End testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms development (AWS) and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Roughly 85-95% hands-on coding.
• Participate in early quality activities, including peer reviews of estimates, designs, and code.
• Resolve defects during QA, pre-production, production, and post-release patches.
• Collaborate with product management, QA/QE, and business units to deliver results.
• Maintain commitment to team success and positive dynamics.
• Demonstrate customer-focused mindset and strong delivery.
