Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in New York to own the logistics of the interview process. You’ll schedule across multiple roles, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to offer or rejection.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup, be highly organized, and bring proactive problem-solving to the team. Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus, and you’ll collaborate

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in recruiting coordination or similar role at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experienced scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications at scale.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in emails.
• Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams.
• Coordinate calendars across time zones with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates from their first interview to offer (or rejection).
• Keep people in the loop: confirmations, changes, next steps, all the follow-ups.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep things moving.
• Keep the ATS clean and up to date (we use Ashby).
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest fixes - we're always iterating on process.
