Job summary

NetDocuments seeks a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to shape next-generation document management systems. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, event-driven platforms powering frontend and backend solutions for a global customer base.

This role blends backend architecture, cloud-native infra, and full-stack development with opportunities to integrate AI-driven services and advanced data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering delivering production-grade apps at scale.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and development roles using OCR technologies.
• Proven track record building scalable, production systems on cloud platforms.
• Expert in C#/.NET and OCR technologies (Tesseract/Apryse).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of scalable, event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Build production-grade apps across C#/.NET, AWS, and document extraction tech.
• Develop scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and enable third-party integrations.
• Incorporate AI-driven services to boost backend efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering velocity with best practices.
