Job summary

Thunderbird Technologies Corporation is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer for a fully remote position in the United States. You will ship production-ready full-stack features, integrate with enterprise environments, and guide deployments for customers and technical partners.

You’ll work directly with partners to translate complex environments into scalable software, support pilots and early deployments, and help evolve Thunderbolt into reusable product capabilities while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with Staff-level scope and impact.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript/JavaScript, front-end frameworks, back-end services and integrations.
• Experience writing code for customers/partners in technical roles (forward deployed, embedded, consulting, or implementation engineering).
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications (LLM platforms, RAG, agents, enterprise search, data connectors).
• Understanding enterprise deployment concerns: authentication, identity providers, access control, self-hosted/hybrid infra, observability, reliability.
• Judgment on build vs generalize vs productization; clear, honest communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative work with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams; thrive in early-stage product settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and customer-specific customizations in the Thunderbolt codebase from UI to APIs.
• Work with partners and enterprise customers to translate environments into technical plans and working software.
• Support pilots, PoCs, and early production deployments including partner-hosted environments.
• Diagnose and fix issues across application, infrastructure, identity, integration, and data layers.
• Maintain customer-specific customizations as the core product evolves.
• Identify customer requests to generalize into reusable product capabilities.
• Provide deployment feedback to inform roadmap and prioritization.
• Create deployment docs, runbooks, and guidance for partners.
