Job summary
MZLA Technologies Corporation is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to help build Thunderbolt in a remote, full-time capacity. You will own product features end-to-end, from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration, collaborating with product, design, and enterprise teams across the open-source Thunderbolt ecosystem.
You will apply AI-enabled product experience ideas, ensure security and reliability, and balance tradeoffs in ambiguous environments while delivering value for enterprise users
Qualifications
- Proven track record at staff level with shipping complex features.
- Strong full-stack skills across front-end, back-end, APIs and infra.
- Experience building AI-enabled products and evaluating tools.
- Familiarity with open-source enterprise products and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Thunderbolt features from concept to launch and iteration.
- Translate needs into practical technical plans and shipped experiences.
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and open-source teams.
- Build AI-powered chat, search, workflow and admin capabilities.
- Balance speed with quality, security, reliability, and enterprise needs.
