Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications with strong frontend skills.

• Strong design sense and attention to craft, including UI interactions and polish.

Responsibilities

• Build Claude Design surfaces: design canvas, live editing, inline comments, and controls.
• Collaborate with research to translate vision into accessible design experiences.
• Partner with designers, testers, and external partners to iterate rapidly.
• Set frontend architecture direction: editor, canvas, real-time collaboration, and performance.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and measure generation quality.
