Victory Live, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer in an Engineering Lead role to guide the technical direction of our consumer-facing ticketing products.

You will own the B2C platform across web, checkout, and mobile, while partnering with Product, Design and Engineering Leadership to deliver reliable software and scale the customer experience. You’ll mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and improve observability, reliability, and performance as we handle high-demand live sales

Qualifications

• 10+ years software development experience with leading delivery.
• Proficiency in modern TypeScript/JavaScript and frontend/backend stacks.
• Experience with high-traffic consumer web/mobile apps at scale.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS and/or serverless architectures.
• Strong API design, distributed systems, and observability fundamentals.
• Ability to lead through influence in a distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Own technical execution for Victory Live's B2C platform across web, checkout, mobile, and backend services.
• Lead design and implementation of high-impact initiatives while writing production code.
• Set technical direction, decompose goals, surface tradeoffs and risks early.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term technical roadmap.
• Improve engineering execution and maintain delivery across a distributed team.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to enhance discovery, performance, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
