Snowflake's Observe by Snowflake AI Products team is hiring a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to lead frontend architecture for agentic AI features, real-time integrations, and developer tooling. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable UI experiences.

This role focuses on modern TypeScript code, streaming interfaces, and MCP/SDK integrations to empower engineers building production AI-powered apps across Observe's platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with frontend focus.
• Expert-level TypeScript and large-scale UI ownership.
• Production experience with agentic AI and streaming interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for frontend architecture across AI products.
• Design and build agentic UI interfaces with real-time streaming responses.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive RFCs/design docs.
• Collaborate with product and design to shape the roadmap.
• Contribute to MCP integrations and developer tooling strategy.
