Job summary

Precisionneuro seeks a Staff Process Engineer to lead front‑end microfabrication process development for new devices and R&D programs at our Addison, Texas facility. You will take designs from early R&D through qualification and release, owning the front‑end flow for your module, and mentoring engineers and technicians for manufacturability and transfer to production.

Qualifications

BS in engineering with 5–10 years of front‑end microfabrication experience.
MS in engineering with 3–8 years of relevant experience.
PhD with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience taking processes from development through qualification and into production.

Responsibilities

Lead front‑end process development for new products and R&D programs, owning the module flow across photolithography, thin‑film deposition, and etch.
Serve as the technical depth for at least one front‑end module and define process windows.
Collaborate with R&D and device design on manufacturability and stack choices in early design stages.
Drive cross‑module process integration, adhesion, film stress, and thermal budgets with various barrier stacks.
Design and run DOEs and characterization plans; analyze thickness, stress, CD, etch rate, FTIR, SEM and defect data.
Own qualification activities for new processes/tools (SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ) and write supporting protocols and reports.
