Job summary

Precision Neuroscience is seeking a Staff Process Engineer to lead front-end microfabrication process development for new products and R&D programs at our Addison, TX facility. You will own the front-end flow for your module, mentor engineers, and guide transitions from development to production, including process FMEA and control plans.

You will partner with R&D and device design on new architectures, plan DOEs and qualification activities, and evaluate new equipment and materials while

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field + 5–10 years relevant experience.
• MS in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field + 3–8 years relevant experience.
• PhD in a related technical field + 1–5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end process development for new products and R&D programs across modules (photolithography, deposition, etch).
• Own process flow for your module and drive SMT/DOE/characterization plans.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; review experiments and ensure manufacturability.
• Lead handoff from development to production: FMEA, control plans, SOPs, training, and transfer to sustaining team.
• Evaluate and bring up new front-end equipment and materials; manage vendor relationships.
