Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join the Core Front-End team, shaping the user experience of the NodeZero platform. This central team focuses on long-term scalability, consistency, and usability across product areas, collaborating with Design, Back-End, Platform, and Security to deliver world-class front-end experiences at scale.

The role requires leading large initiatives, mentoring engineers, and setting architectural direction while delivering production-grade React/TypeScript

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building modern web applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design.
• Experience leading large technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience designing reusable component systems and scalable UI patterns.
• Solid knowledge of application state management, data flows, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on production code in React and TypeScript.
• Review code and provide high-quality feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in technical planning, roadmaps, and architecture reviews.
• Unblock teams and provide guidance for complex implementations.
