Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Fraud & Risk Analyst to own loss forecasting and reserving for an assigned portfolio within the Fintech Risk Analytics team. You will build durable forecasts, use AI to accelerate work, and influence business decisions with analysis partners.

The role requires strong quantitative rigor, collaboration across Risk, Finance, and Accounting, and the ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations that protect profitability.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in risk analytics, credit or loss forecasting, financial analysis, or a related quantitative role.
• Expertise in loss forecasting, reserves, and P&L dynamics, with ability to attribute movements to drivers.
• High quantitative rigor with reliable, decision-ready analyses.
• AI-first approach to analysis while owning recommendations.
• Advanced SQL and cloud data warehouse or lakehouse proficiency (Databricks, Hive, Snowflake).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker).

Responsabilidades

• Own the independent risk view of losses and reserves for an assigned portfolio.
• Translate loss, reserve, and trend analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor negative-balance and collections trends and translate into P&L implications.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting through monthly close for a unified losses view.
• Design scalable forecasting and diagnostic capabilities for repeatable portfolio reviews.
• Lead attribution of material loss movements and quantify impacts.
• Advise on loss impact of initiatives and defend recommendations under challenge.
• Investigate forecast misses and reserve variances; propose improvements.
• Use SQL, Databricks, and AI to move from questions to recommendations quickly.
• Escalate emerging risk to inform partners promptly.
