You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, align with engineering leadership, and contribute to long-term growth. Onsite in Elma, NY with security-clearance readiness required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven track record managing and leading engineering teams.
• Experience with people leadership and conflict resolution.
• Experience in project management including EVMS, risk/opportunity, scope, schedule and budget.
• Ability to work onsite in Elma, NY (remote candidates not considered).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ~20 project engineers.
• Assign projects and monitor progress within constraints.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Provide technical leadership to the wider organization.
• Champion continuous improvement in design and development processes.
