Hinge Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Visits team to own architecture across mobile, web, and backend services. You will ship complex features, collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams, and scale the scheduling experience for more providers and visits.

You'll drive 0-to-1 innovations with AI-enhanced workflows and mentor engineers toward technical leadership. This role blends startup pace with the resources of a market-leading healthcare platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of non-internship, full-time software engineering experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Go, React Native, or React.
• Experience as the technical lead for multi-engineer projects from design to launch.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily work.

• Lead projects from ambiguity to launch with cross-functional partners.
• Extend the scheduling platform to handle higher volume and more providers.
• Close the loop after each visit by designing the visit record and workflows.
• Bring new specialties onto one platform with configurable integration.
