Databricks is seeking a Staff Engineer for the User Activation team in San Francisco to shape architectural vision and guide a team of about 20 engineers. You will drive onboarding flows, workspace experiences, and partner integrations that power growth.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, design, and other engineering groups, make scalable, reliable decisions, and contribute to full-stack development to deliver compelling user experiences.

Formación

• 15+ years of software engineering experience; strong technical leadership track record.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
• Expertise in Front End or Full Stack development.
• Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms and onboarding flows.
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams.

• Define and drive onboarding and workspace strategy for customers.
