Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics or related field
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing planning or related occupation
• Experience with wafer loading and S&OP planning processes
• Strong analytical skills including cash flow, ROI analysis
• Proficiency with optimization tools (CPLEX/Gurobi), Python and SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Knowledge of linear/nonlinear optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range fab strategy and planning models
• Own wafer loading models and scenario-based capacity analyses
• Coordinate capital and equipment needs with cross-functional teams
• Prepare artifacts with baseline volumes and capital projections for leadership
• Provide dynamic plan analytics for executives and partners
• Support US Expansion site capacity analyses and TD/HVM roadmaps
