Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ year applying OR methodologies such as LP, queues, statistics or TOC.
• 1+ year using data tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, or R.
• 1+ year in production planning concepts (EOQ, Lot Sizing, MRP).
• 1+ year applying Lean or CPM/PERT in planning contexts.

Responsibilities

• Optimize installed capacity and lead capacity studies to improve throughput.
• Audit and validate capacity models and determine capital needs.
• Perform financial analyses for capital investments and efficiency gains.
• Develop network tool utilization strategies to boost capital efficiency.
• Communicate metrics and proposals to leadership with Tableau reports.
• Build tools to enhance planning processes and cost reductions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate planning and reporting activities.
