Job summary

• Apply SPC/DOE and other methods to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead issue resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials.
• Utilize AI-enabled analytics and visualization tools to support data-driven decisions.
